Each of our customer service associates uses a database that contains all of your cleaning needs and preferences. How much starch do you like on your shirts? Do you like them on hangers or folded? Sleeves creased or not? How about sweaters? We'll hang or fold them, whichever is your preference.

Twelve of our 17 locations offer 24-hour drop-off service (of which eight offer 24-hour pick-up lockers), and we offer free home delivery in a wide service area.

We also keep in touch by e-mail to let you know when your cleaning is ready and to inform you of monthly specials. Our Customer Connect interface lets you check your account 24/7 to see where your clothes are in real time and review all charges.

Should you ever have an issue with the service or cleaning results you receive, your customer service associate will be happy to help, and executives of the company are also happy to address any issues personally.
