Premium Dry Cleaning and Laundering

Our Guarantee
Dry Cleaning Staff Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Zionsville, WestfieldWe guarantee that there will be no broken or missing buttons on your laundered shirts, or we will clean three additional shirts FREE!

What allows us to provide you with superior cleaning results every time?

Our combination of advanced dry cleaning and laundry technologies, modern well-maintained equipment, decades of experience, and meticulous attention to detail..

We carefully check the care labels of your garments and use the dry cleaning or laundering process that will produce the best cleaning results. We even go the extra mile and clean your garments by hand when needed. If you have made any special requests, we are sure to implement them throughout the process.

After dry cleaning, laundering, or hand cleaning your garment, we again carefully follow the care label's instructions to finish it in the proper manner, drying it and pressing it as needed. We pay special attention to details like collars, pleats, seams, and cuffs to ensure they are finished the way you like.

We check each garment for stains and damage, and our expert stain removal specialists are able to remove most of even the most difficult stains. Should there be any broken or missing buttons on your laundered shirts, we sew on new ones, and we also repair minor damage like loose buttons and fasteners and open seams. (In the vast majority of cases, such damage is not caused by our processes, but we are happy to repair it anyway). If there are any stains or damaged areas that we cannot remove or repair, we attach a label to the garment to inform you of the reason.

At every stage of our cleaning process, you will find equipment, technologies, and techniques that set us apart from the competition, including the following:

Cleaning Processesshirt3

  • We carefully identify garments requiring extra gentleness, placing them in separate cleaning cycles or even cleaning them by hand.
  • We maintain separate equipment for two different dry cleaning solvents (most cleaners only use one). Each solvent is better at cleaning certain types of garments.
  • We take great care in filtering and redistilling our dry cleaning solvents so that they always produce the best results possible. (Dirty solution produces dirty garments.)
  • We add sizing to our dry cleaning loads to give garments extra body and a luxurious finish. Some cleaners do not take this extra step.
  • We launder in cold water to place the lowest amount of stress on the garment. Our advanced equipment and detergents makes cold washing possible.
  • Our premium laundry detergent is enzyme-based, making your whites whiter and colors brighter. This detergent is especially good at breaking up grease, oil, and food stains. Cheaper detergents (including most detergents for use in the home) simply cannot produce these results.
  • We weigh each load of clothes before laundering and dry cleaning to remove the maximum amount of soil from the garments. (Overloading dry cleaning and laundry machines results in poor cleaning quality.)

Drying, Pressing, and Finishing Processes

  • Shirt 2We place polo shirts and many other garments that are not pressed through a special steam tunnel that gives them a perfect, soft finish. (Most other dry cleaners do not possess this equipment.)
  • We have a wide array of specialized finishing machines with which we give pleats, cuffs, collars, sleeves and every other part of your garment the attention they deserve.
  • We carefully maintain all of our finishing equipment, making sure that ironing pads are regularly changed. (Old pads get hard and inflexible, contributing to broken buttons and other garment damage.)
  • We have a special process for pressing neckties that gives them a perfect rolled edge. Our stain removal results for neckties and other silk items are also second to none.
  • To help reduce wrinkles, we put tissue in the sleeves of blouses and suit coats, in the folds of sweaters, and in the pleats of skirts.
  • To help protect your hanging items during their trip back home, we use a state-of-the-art automatic bagger that identifies the length of your garment and cuts the bag with an additional 7 inches of protective plastic.
