If you are an existing Classic Cleaners customer, all you need to login is your email address and the last four digits of the phone number we have on file for you. New customers will be contacted by a Classic Cleaners representative to finalize the login process.
Customer Connect gives you the ability to do the following:
- Check order status. Look up a detailed status of your current or previous orders. This feature gives you a real-time update on your order status.
- Search for specific garments that have been processed. Search for garments that have been processed by garment type, color, pattern and brand.
- Schedule or cancel a route pickup and delivery. Set up when and where you need an order picked up and delivered, or cancel a request.
- View account statement and payment information. If you are an active accounts-receivable customer, you may review statements, current activity not yet posted to a statement and the current aged balance of the account.
- Securely update your personal information and method of payment. Update your file’s associated address, phone number, email address, password, or credit card information
- Make a payment. If you are an active accounts-receivable customer, you may make payments on your account via the credit card you have on file or any other credit card.
