Customer Service Representative

Classic Cleaners is now hiring Customer Service Representatives. Are you computer literate, flexible, outgoing, detail oriented and love the service industry? We are seeking mature, professional individuals to service our customers in the Indianapolis area. These positions are permanent, part-time.

Example: M-F 3-7pm, every other Saturday 8:15 to 4:30

Shuttle Driver for Classic Cleaners (Castleton Area)

Classic Cleaners is now hiring for a shuttle driver. This person will be responsible for delivering clothing to our various locations while driving a passenger van or a Sprinter.  The candidates considered should have a valid Indiana DL, have a clean driving record and be able to provide proof of such with a RECENT DMV record, be able to pass a urine drug screen and pass a criminal background check.

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 7:45am until the last run is complete. The usual departure time is 4:00-5:00 depending on weather and traffic.

Heavy lifting is required as well as being able to get in and out of the van multiple times per day. The position is located at our main plant in Castleton:  8641 Bash Street.

Shirt Laundry Presser

Classic Cleaners is expanding and we are looking for great employees for our main plant at 8641 Bash Street.

Pressers are responsible for pressing garment to our quality standards and keeping up with speed. This includes pressing portions of the shirts, in rotation, on specialized press equipment. Operate the press equipment and produce a wrinkle-free shirt, with expected qualities of finish.

The position requires you to be on your feet all day and you will be in a warm environment.  The hours are generally from 6am to 3pm. Hours can depend on how busy we are. We are willing to train but previous experience would help.

Seasonal Sales Associates

We are currently looking for two highly motivated Seasonal Sales Associates!

Classic Cleaners is a consistently growing company providing dry cleaning services to the Metropolitan area. We are expanding and looking to add new clients to our business. This success has opened 2 new positions that we are looking to fill immediately.

Hours:   Tuesday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Monday may be substituted for one of these days if a conflict arises. Saturday hours are 11:00 am until 6:00 pm (required).

PAID Internship – Two Positions Available.

Classic Cleaners is expanding and we are looking for TWO motivated interns to help us add new clients to our business in the neighborhoods we service.

In our Internship Program, we use a hands on approach that will challenge interns to learn marketing, customer service, sales, public relations, and several other business and leadership skills through door to door soliciting in pre-selected residential and business areas.

When you join our Internship Program, you’ll acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to every aspect of running a successful business.

Not only is it a paid internship program, but interns will also be eligible for performance incentives.

Must have one of the following:

- Performed customer services or sales duties, OR
- Leadership experience in lieu of work experience including involvement in student organizations/clubs, volunteerism, military, community service, OR
- Experience as an officially recognized athlete of a college/university team in lieu of work experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to work the scheduled hours for the duration of the internship.

Route Driver

Skills needed:  We are looking for an extroverted people person with a great driving record and excellent organizational skills. You’ll be given the task of adding clientele through face to face promotion neighbors of customers currently on our route service.

Training provided: We have a thorough training program and a supportive team who will teach sales techniques.  You must be diligent with organization and be comfortable prospecting by going door to door in residential neighborhoods.

Compensation: The pay for this position is salary, plus commission retention and new customer bonus for every new start up you obtain. The commission goes up for every new start you get in a week.

Expectations: We’re looking for a candidate who will take ownership and pride in this position as if this were his/her own company and who wants to make a great income as Classic Cleaners continues to expand and grow.
